Supreme Court of India played safe by upholding homosexuality as a crime once again, over riding High Court decision.

• Sociologists define society as a system of usages and procedures of authority and mutual aid.
• Society has many practice and beliefs which are implied and in vogue but never approved or accepted formally.  Sex is one of those.
• Society world over has varying levels of restrictions on sexual orientation.  Differential legislations are testimonials for this. 
• Unfortunately law usually tries to ensure what was  right some time back.  The wrong that is right according to law has to be accepted by people till a new law comes into force which disproves the old wrong and assures people new lease and relief.

Mysteries surround sex life and practices of people world over.  What is explicit is not implicit and what is implicit is not explicit. Mysteriously majority people in society often continue to get engaged in certain practices and way of thinking (either right or wrong) over centuries.  These right or wrong practices and beliefs surprisingly are never accepted formally or explicitly in society.  This allows people to do certain things as long as  are not caught or questioned.  When occasion demands, even the very people who practice believe such will hide away from being explicit.

ALAS! WHAT A HYPOCRACY? THOSE WHO TREATED A TRUTHFUL PATH IN THESE REGARDS ARE EXPLICITLY LAGELLED AS VILLAIANS AND ANTI SOCIAL AND IMMORAL.
