The Blocking Feature of Twitter

Twitter some time back modified its blocking mechanism which let unwanted Twitter followers re-tweet, like or peer at messages in public accounts of people who block them.

With more and more people hopping on to Twitter, it is Twitters responsibility to safe guard users interests lest they opt out.  As I understand many of the users of Twitter and other Social Networks don't really understand these options ad settings.  Their sites should put things in simple ways which could be understood even by not so Tech Savvy People
